I've heard really encouraging things about Camelot- mainly that it doesn't have the infuriatingly black & white view of morality that Merlin does, it sympathetically deals with Morgan and acknowledges the flaws of its heroes. (supposedly, I haven't seen it, but this is from a review from someone who's pretty insightful, so)

When I saw the capslock part, I was all :[ but then I saw the addendum and went ^_^ 'Righteously indignant' sounds about right from the review I read, something about her mother's unjust fate and her traumatic childhood and so it's kind of understandable what she's doing and there's always shades of grey in her reaction/interactions with Arthur.

I finally finished the ep and it shall heretofore be known as The Morgan Show because everybody else is BOOOORING. Ugh. Just... so played out. Arthur is a flaily young boi, Merlin is a bastard, Igraine is a simpering widow, Guinevere is a sexpot temptress etc etc etc. Morgan, Lot and Kay are by far my faves because they have nuance and reason.

And poor Katie! If they had kept with the grey morality established in the first series making Morgana's turn a slow awakening full of conflicted loyalties and a RIGHT > easy path choked by the thorns of LOVE OF MAN AND COUNTRY holy crap I would have stayed on the train. Yeah, Arthurian legend and I are going to have to break up soon. *disenchanted*

I also need to watch Camelot. I think the only shows not pissing me off lately is Lie To Me and Castle.

Heh, this is why I divorced teevee... I've gotten so utterly BORED with their story telling. We've seen it already! I now watch mostly Brit teevee now. Misfits, Luther... but they're on hiatus now so I must fill it with something right?
